Description : Outside of the village, to the right side of the road, stand the oldest Byzantine church dedicated to Saint John Merciful. It is a two-aisled inscribed cruciform church with a dome. The variety of the church iconography distinguish it from others. Unfortunately only fragments of the old frescoes remain in a fairly good condition. They are on the left side on the narthex and the to the nave.
