Description : The icon brought extensive damage to the bottom and the surface of the plain. Saint Paraskevi is depicted half body in a strictly frontal, type position. In the right hand she is holding a marble decorated cross with double horizontal antenna, while her left hand, and is raised up to her chest with the palm facing out. The saint wears dark-blue reticulum on her head and head dress the same color inside her crimson maphorion with wide sleeves, which is wrapped tightly around her body. The stylistic characteristic of the drapery is rather plain in the ornamentation. The Saint is projected against a gold background and standing in front of an arched frame with floral decoration.
