Description : Christ is depicted the waist up against a sky blue background. The central figure is located centrally, flanked by a circled arch that is supported by two columns. He is blessing with his right hand while with his left he holds the globe cruciger of the world (a Christian symbol of power) painted in white. He wears red colored chiton with dark folds and a green himation decorated with gold embroidered, almost worm away, and motifs. The size of the icon dictates that might originally be used as an altar entrance.
